Meet Rudy J. Breedy | National Talk Show Host, Entrepreneur & Vice President of Programming for Rude Rangers Entertainment, LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rudy J. Breedy and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rudy J., is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The success of our brand has been fueled by innovation, dedication and most importantly, collaboration with other committed creatives within the entertainment, education, technology and business industries. And we’ve been steadfast about doing this in a way that’s mutually beneficial for all involved. Unfortunately for us, we were taken advantage of several times during the start of our brand building journey and that nearly caused us to quit. But our faith, family and friends, coupled with the energy, enthusiasm and support of a loyal audience compelled us to remain strong, keep pushing and as a result the Rude Rangers brand soared to heights we never dared imagine!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our brand began in the basement of a New York community college radio station and quickly transitioned into a weekly Facebook video stream. That popularity fueled our evolution to Comcast Cable, Charter Spectrum Television, OTT streaming platforms like Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Prime, Roku, Google Play, The App Store and a multitude of high traffic websites.
The “Rude Rangers” then expanded into lifestyle and apparel (RudeMood), Signature Special Events (Rude Rangers Convention & Passion Party), A Boutique Public Relations Firm, A digital/print publication (WIN Magazine) and Rudy Radio (available now on iHeart Radio, Amazon Alexa, Spotify, etc…). And most recently, we joined the Trailblazer Multimedia Family of Networks and tripled our reach!
Back when we started no one envisioned our mission and message resonating on a global level. But it makes us proud hearing from fans (aka “Rude Rangers”) in Brazil, British Columbia, Bayonne, New Jersey and the world at large looking for nothing more than to WORK…PLAY…AND SLAY!
It hasn’t been easy, but it’s certainly been worth it and we encourage everyone to visit ruderangers.com to see why for themselves.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta is such an amazing city with so much to do and even more to see. A dream day for me and my loved ones would include the following:
We’ll start off by making sure things stay “right and tight” with a trip to East Palisades Trail for a hike alongside Atlanta’s most important river, This desired destination features well marked trails, a dog-friendly environment, riverside walkways, and even a few opportune spots for a little bit of rock climbing. It’s an absolute must and literally off the beaten path.
After working up an appetite from the trails, our next stop is Havana Restaurant where the food is good and the atmosphere incredible. Located at Clairmont Road and Buford Highway in the North Druid Hills neighborhood, Havana is the spot for a delicious Cuban sandwich and incredible stories centered on the 1980s Cuban Exodus.
Now full of food and our fitness requirement satisfied, its time for retail therapy which means a trip to Chamblee Antique Row. This is truly the place to find the unexpected. Located in Atlanta’s Chamblee suburb, the Antique Row District features a unique collection of antique emporiums and retail shops. You’ll be hard pressed to stop yourself from spending when you visit.
We’ve strolled the trails and shops, so why not memory lane with a visit to Centennial Olympic Games Museum. While here we can relive the summer of 1996, a pivotal piece of Atlanta’s legendary status! This museum exhibit displays several segments of history, including the origins of the Olympic process and the lighting of the Olympic torch in Atlanta.
And finally if time and ticketing permits, we’ll end the day at Turner Field. ‘The Ted,’ (the local name for Turner Field) is home to the Braves, Atlanta’s iconic team. If you stay all 9 inning, plus a little longer and are lucky you can even witness a fireworks display like no other. There’s nothing like watching the evening sky in Downtown Atlanta sky lit up like magic!
Atlanta truly has everyone and a city that gives so much to so many!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, none of what myself and our team has accomplished would be possible without the grace of God almighty.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t take this opportunity to express my love, appreciation and gratitude for my wife, life partner and staunchest supporter Gretchen Breedy. I also thank my children Cason & Noah for being the most patient and compassionate kids I know. Especially when Daddy “couldn’t attend” something due to show tapings, business meetings, personal appearances and other obligations he couldn’t get out of!
I also thank my parents and brother for inspiring me to dream and unknowingly providing the motivation I needed to manifest the life I now live.
And finally, to all the Rude Rangers and Trailblazers past, present and future. There are no words to express what you mean to me. Your support of any and virtually everything I do never goes unnoticed nor is it taken for granted. The time and attention you give me is truly a privilege. Please know, it’s one I will never take lightly!
Never forget to always support those who support you. Because I absolutely won’t…..
Love always,
Rudy
