We had the good fortune of connecting with Roseybi Sanchez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Roseybi, what inspires you?
Is the world I come from, the place. I come from a small town in the Dominican Republic .
Its a place when you dream big, it may seem impossible.
Therefore, the BIGGEST inspiration and motivation of it all, is to break generational curse. I love my grandmother Dearly, she has many, many potential, but unfortunately she is a FEARFUL person. She didn’t give herself the opportunity, she didn’t let herself thrive. Its parts of her unexplored, undiscovered, unknown because of FEAR.
She has passed on that Energy,
something that my mom absorb and I as well.
As I got wiser I was able to see the door was always open but I needed to be sharpened before I cross over the other side. Hence why, I started looking within, started to listen to the voice inside me, started to believe in me so I can make those changes. I decided to create for me instead of building for someone else. which brought me to where I am now.
Now, that I see myself living in the LAND OF OPPORTUNITY, LAND OF DREAMS…. I wanted to flip the impossible, to possible.
Everything around me inspires me. Through my eyes, I find the beauty of stranger things and turn it into ART! I love art, because I can express myself in many different ways along finding the passion in photography. As they say, “Pictures is worth a thousand words.”
With photography I can create a story, connect, relate and change someone’s mood.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Who are you? I am a beautiful creation
It was always in me to see
that I was the seed to be
But before I be, I had to see that the seed grows internally in the darkness, Alone, in the unknown.
I needed to understand life lessons before I blossom, at moments it seem impossible, irresolvable yet I was unstoppable!
I wanted to prevail, the veil is lifted off my eyes
Curious self, curious mind, it took sometime to see with my third eye!
I am bright like the Star, I am the Lyte
My body is my temple, is the symphony of the instrumental
Dancing with no judgmental, creating my own rhythm transcendentally…
I searched and founded my passion
I took into action.. to ascend and transform… to be in whole with the soul…. I AM A BEAUTIFUL ROSE. I was no longer finding my purpose because I am destined for greatness.

I want to show the world that anyone can do it. First starts with having a dream and then believing in YOURSELF. It will not be an easy path but it will be worth it at the end.
Making my dreams come true is not easy,
At times I doubted myself but I made sure I brought and fulfill myself with positive affirmations and understanding the bigger picture. Its been a rollercoaster of a journey but I am enjoying every bit of it. Overall, I am grateful for even stepping out of my comfort zone.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I have been travelling around the U.S and some countries capturing their culture and people. With my photography I like to have fun and for my pictures to have the illusion as if you was there. Every place I have traveled has been special and unique in some kind of way. One of my special trips was my first time visiting Atlana , for a birthday trip is where I was gifted my first camera kit. The food in Atlana was phenomenal, the ppl was great. They love to have a great time. My second favorite spot was Toronto Canada, it felt like I was in New York but different of course and the ppl was much nicer hahaha. Third, Havana Cuba was one of my favorite place to visit. They are rich in culture and exploring and visiting different nature areas was amazing. Fourth, Chicago, I enjoyed it, the food was fantastic but one great reason I chose Chicago as my favorite spot was because that trip I was feeling lost in the inside. I didn’t know what i wanted to do with my photography business and how I was going to push it to the next level. Just by me interacting with likeminded ppl like me and I decided to change my perspective with everything. Lastly, Hawaii was definitely an experience for the books. The ppl are super nice, beautiful beaches and full of nature. To able to experience Oahu island in a day was pretty cool.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give shout to E (she is a real one) and my family for always supporting and believing in me, without them I wouldn’t be where I am now. From the support of words of encouragement, helping me with material and equipments I needed. I am so grateful to have them in my life. I do what I do not just for me but for them. I never take for granted the support.
