We had the good fortune of connecting with Roselyn Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Roselyn, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Resilience and discipline.
Waking up every morning and have a plan already. I always knew what I wanted so I created plans and executed them.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Rosie Lopez is a dedicated and dynamic real estate professional who serves the metro Atlanta area and the northern suburbs. With a background rich in communication, marketing, and multicultural public relations, Rosie brings a unique and comprehensive approach to the real estate market, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

A Journey of Resilience and Success
Rosie’s journey to success is a testament to her resilience and determination. At 24, she moved to the United States from Caracas, Venezuela, with only $600 in her pocket, aiming to prove her independence to her parents. Despite facing initial challenges, her perseverance and hard work led her to a successful career in public relations and marketing, where she worked with prestigious clients such as Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, and the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta.

Diverse Experience and Multicultural Insight
Upon arriving in the US, Rosie quickly adapted to her new environment. She worked tirelessly in various roles, including waitressing and brand ambassadorships, before landing her dream job as a communications coordinator at a boutique multicultural agency. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of different cultures and the importance of effective communication, skills she seamlessly translates into her real estate career.

Real Estate Expertise and Client Dedication
Rosie’s passion for family and home design naturally led her to pursue a career in real estate. As a Georgia native for over a decade, Rosie has lived and owned businesses in both Cobb and Cherokee County. She now specializes in job and military relocation, seniors downsizing, new construction homes, resale transactions, and off-market properties. Rosie’s success in real estate is driven by her commitment to being communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented with all clients. She uses her marketing skills to market her listings accordingly and sell them quickly!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my friend to the Roswell Mill Waterfall for a hike and good scenery, then to the Mill Kitchen and Bar for lunch.
I would also take my friend to dine in one of the nice restaurants in Alpharetta and then to the speakeasy “Roaring Social”
I will rent a cabin in Blueridge for the weekend, relax, hang out, and drink wine.
If its during the summer, I would also take my friend Tubbing in Helen, ziplining, and horse back riding.
I will also include in my itinerary to explore downtown Atlanta and tourist places such as the zoo, aquarium, and the High Museum. I will also include a fine dining experience at St Cecelia, one of my favorite restaurants.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband, Tony Lopez, and my parents
My Mentor and Broker, David Moody
My former employer, Ralph Herrera
