We had the good fortune of connecting with Nirjary M. Desai and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nirjary M., is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“Be the Change you wish to see in the World.”-Mahtama Gandhi What this means to me is that Change is our only constant, and as creatives sometimes its hard to wrap our heads around processing change or evolving in our crafts, sentiments, and initiatives for change. We have to look at everything we do in life from different perspectives and that is the only way we will grow in our fields.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart is that we are innovative & leaders who know how to create experiences not only for our clients, but our industry. We are also about creating collaborative communities, which comes from being a thought leader in our field. My start was very simple, I actually went to hospitality school and also cultivated my knowledge and expertise in the special event industry by becoming obsessed with my craft and the thirst to be of service to others. This let me to building a following that was loyal and a reputation that was built on trust and care. I got to where I am because I didn’t follow the trends, I followed creating a foundation & belief system that was built on creating unique unforgettable experiences for our clients & partners, and most of all working hard each day to fulfill our obligations to our clients and ourselves.. I overcame any challenge by diving deep into myself on my purpose and also being true to my intentions. Many do things for money but instead I did things for purpose & creating impact and the money followed. I learned early on in life never chase things because you see others doing it, do things that set you apart. My brand story stands for: “Every moment is unique, the experience should be memorable, and when you walk into a space the style should stand out and be unforgettable.”- Nirjary M. Desai
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In life we we are influenced, taught, and groomed by so many hands, and it’s so important to remember where you started. I have to say that for me my global experiences, my network along with my mentors have been a big part of my success. Definitely my parents have had a huge part in who I am today and how I conduct myself on a human level. My experiences in the hotel & airline industry from American Airlines, to Starwood Hotels & Resort now Marriott/Bonvoy and beyond have shaped my views on service. I was fortunate to be awarded The Distinguised Alumni award by The University of South Carolina’s school of HRSM nominated by Dean Tina Weaver who has been a constant guiding light for me over the years as I pursued a career in the International Hospitality & Events industry. One thing that each experience has taught me is that you have to remain adaptable & resilient to change & challenges.
