We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Carothers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
.. In a word…Empowered. At a young age, I knew what I knew and there isn’t a soul that could tell me differently. There has always been an internal fire within me that knew I would leave a positive print on the world. I also knew it would take “one brick at a time”. I have been doing this a while…. not as long as it feels… but since 2003 actively. I use that phrase with emphasis for the reason I mean exactly that… One brick at a time. Brick=team member/affiliate/partner/etc.
Networking is a beast. It can take hold of personal and business life. There has to be balance. And by balance, I mean saying no when you know the project or person is not worth your time. I don’t mean to sound hasty… but there are many aspects to that. People are people. I will leave that there, but you have to be patient and take caution selecting your “bricks” as your foundations. Your team is everything. To be where I am today is such a blessing. So much more to come. #Staytuned

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I work with individuals and their crafts. Thats it. Simple…. I have a wide network, so I range from artists, to athletes, production, entertainment, and everything in-between and beyond. What they need, I supply, orchestrate and execute…Like the keratin for hair 😉 LOL.. Sorry, I had the genie from Aladdin pop in my head.. “POOF” What do you need?…”POOF” What do you need? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The main things I specialize in, are managing BPace Productions. BPace is a world renowned, highly demanded film director/content creator for the mainstream. Anyone you like or dislike or have heard of…Pace has been behind the lens at one point or another and gave you some of your favorite music videos/TikToks/YouTubes and more.

Second | I am partnered with Tahmell Griffin “The Son of Rakim” to run Griffin Enterprises and its many endeavors.

Fourth| Everything I haven’t mentioned yet. Its 25/8 over here lol ⚙️

The thing I am most proud of is my team. My journey has been a long one and I still have a way to go… However, the team that I have, I couldn’t of asked God for better people.
For that, that sets me apart from others. I come honest and raw. No smoke screen, no b.s. and they do the same. A duck is a duck. Remember that 😉 Choose your bricks carefully.
I have other endeavors but BPace Productions & Griffin Enterprises is my center.
Don’t let that intimidate you! If someone has a craft and they have a need, I am always willing to have a discussion to see where they are at, what needs they have, etc. and see what we can make possible to get their craft to the next level.
