We had the good fortune of connecting with Mach 357 and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mach, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to experience the people who influenced the world and culture, and by creating my own show I could find out how they did it, while celebrating them on my platform.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What set’s me apart from other Radio show’s and podcasts, is the clientele that I have on my platform, the journalistic aspect of the research I do on the guests, listening to them speak and gaining insight as to the follow up question. I most excited to see my hard work pay off as I keep growing as well as the guest list getting deeper. I got to where I am by being respectful of people, their time, listening to when a person speaks. Nothing is easy but you adjust accordingly when necessary, you learn to adapt on the move, when anything comes up doesn’t work, while on-air or otherwise. The lessons I’ve learned is never thwart your momentum by not having a contingency plan. The thing I want people to take from this story is to keep moving otherwise you get stuck. I want people to know I represent my business to the fullest and I respect what I do, and remember the only person that can stop you from flourishing is you.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant, Funny bone Comedy Club, Big Vino Comedy in Virginia.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The people who kept saying for me too come back after I took a long time off, Big Chuck, Mr Flikz, and many more!!
