Hi Lloni, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Having the opportunity to network and get to know business owners with a wide-range of success, I have learned that everyone at every level has challenges. No amount of success or wealth ameliorates problems. In fact, the most successful people I have had a chance to work with have built habits of addressing problems directly, quickly, and professionally. This lesson has helped push me through some brick walls that I inevitably have hit as a business owner.

What should our readers know about your business?
Start It To Last is a management operations consulting firm that provides easy to follow business solutions from Business Analyst. Our company values are integrity (people before profits), sustainability (work life balance), and creativity (fail fast to fall forward). We focus on the customer and employee experiences to grow company profits. This process may look like organizing workflow or implementing software to digitize and automate processes. What sets us apart from is our data-driven approach. We rely on data to provide business owners and managers optimal options. The thought of contributing to the future workplace is exciting. Through the pandemic many companies have realized that burnout and some traditional overhead expenses can be avoided. We have the data to back up that concept. Today is just the beginning of our story. Achieving the success that has been experienced so far, was done when I learned to accept uncommon solutions and that uncommon results do follow. I had to learn to get out of my own way. Sometimes the ideas and strategies that you create on your own are an entryway to the bold possibilities your team can build upon. We are here and ready to serve business owners and managers who seek a data-driven method of increasing profits by improving their customer and employee experiences.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, we would start our week off with a hike and end it with a spa day. Throughout the week, we would visit my office in Fayetteville and grab lunch nearby. Since I love to travel we may sneak away for 3-4 days on a quick getaway vacation, but when we return I would cook dinner and we would eat as a family.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My parents have been my biggest supporters throughout this journey. Both of my parents are Project Managers with operational and technical specialties. Being a Business Analyst, I find there is often overlap in my expertise and their expertise. My company’s revenue model is predominately based on government contracts and consulting which they both have over 3 decades of knowledge. My parents are always available for advice and guidance as well as babysitting needs since I am a mom of 3 young sons in addition to running a company.
