Meet Lana Moon | Founder & CEO of ZenBox Inc., Holistic Wellness Advocate, and Talent Acquisition Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lana Moon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lana, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting Zenbox Inc. was deeply rooted in both necessity and purpose. After navigating personal challenges and experiencing a transformative journey of healing, I felt called to create a space that offered others what I once needed—peace, empowerment, and spiritual nourishment. I wanted to merge my passion for holistic wellness with my love for entrepreneurship and community-building. The thought wasn’t just to sell products; it was to create an experience that uplifts the spirit and reminds people that self-care is sacred. For me, business is personal. It’s how I give back, heal forward, and help others tap into their own power.

What should our readers know about your business?
ZenBox Inc. is more than a vending machine—it’s a wellness experience reimagined. We offer intentional, holistic products like crystals, aromatherapy, jewelry, and other self-care essentials, all conveniently curated in beautifully branded smart vending machines located in high-traffic spaces. Our slogan, “Self Care Anywhere,” isn’t just a catchphrase—it’s a mission. We believe wellness should be accessible, affirming, and aligned with the pace of modern life.
What sets us apart is our heart. Each product is selected with care, rooted in healing traditions, and designed to nourish the spirit as much as the body. We don’t just sell goods—we offer moments of mindfulness, even in the middle of a busy day. We’ve merged ancient healing with modern convenience in a way that speaks to today’s conscious consumer.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve experienced both the beauty and the burden of entrepreneurship—navigating supply chain issues, funding gaps, and even the emotional toll of reinvention. But every challenge became a masterclass. I learned to lead with clarity, to pivot without shame, and to trust divine timing over perfect conditions.
I’m most proud of staying true to my values: creating access to healing, building legacy, and helping others reconnect to themselves. I want the world to know that ZenBox—and everything I create—is rooted in intention. It’s not about selling products, it’s about shifting culture. We’re here to remind people that wellness isn’t a luxury; it’s a lifestyle, and everyone deserves it.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m incredibly grateful to stand on the shoulders of those who have uplifted, inspired, and championed me throughout my journey. This shoutout is dedicated to the brilliant community of Black women entrepreneurs who embody excellence, resilience, and generosity. Their encouragement, shared wisdom, and belief in collective success have been a guiding force for me. I’m also thankful for transformative entrepreneurship programs like Start:ME and Beltline Business Ventures, which provided not only strategic tools but also a deep sense of purpose and connection. Most importantly, I owe so much to my family—especially my children—who fuel my ambition and remind me daily that legacy is built through intention, love, and perseverance.
