We had the good fortune of connecting with Lana Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started The Honey Pot Energy and Art as an outlet for my spiritual expansion. When I decided to launch I was going through this beautiful awakening, I was also working full time and trying to find ways to connect with others that were on a similar journey. I secured a super small space inside of a market in the Lil 5 Points area of Atlanta, that housed 6 other boutique type black-owned business’s, exactly 1 year later we were in a larger but still small space in the front of the market which gave us a lot more visibility, 1 more year and we are now in our very own space.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We’ve created a platform to provide a peaceful and loving space to peruse and explore items to awaken your soul and connect with the infinite power of the universe. We offer a beautiful collection of unique items and guarantee the highest quality and ultimate satisfaction. Many of our items are custom made, we are proud to partner with other local small businesses and vendors for unique handcrafted gifts and art. Our goal is to see everyone achieve their heart’s desires whatever that may be.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We are so very thankful to the community that has supported us in our growth and expansion. Our 1111 Consciousness Crystals Club has been a huge success with just over 900 members in all 5o states including Hawaii. We can not stress enough how grateful we are for our customers that are truly our family and the vendors and artist that give The Honey Pot Energy and Art life each and every day.
