We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiera Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiera, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that have helped me succeed are Consistency and Determination. Staying consistent is key to a successful well-known brand. Promote your brand on every social media platform to network, build, and market on a schedule set to your liking. Determination is also a trait that you must have to accomplish your goals. I always stay determined because it’s so easy to give up in the entrepreneurship field. Go hard for your business and never give up because the results from it will bring you the opportunities and qualifications that you have been hoping for since your business was established. Once you change your mindset and refocus, everything around you will begin to balance out. You must have a winning and positive mindset in entrepreneurship to motivate you daily. The results of these habits are mind-blowing because it increases your sales, drives a lot of traffic towards your business platforms, and expands your audience.


Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Lash Addict by Ki and Accessories, LLC offers long-lasting luxury 100% mink lashes, great quality purses, shades, jewelry, and more. I offer business consultations on the topics of Support, Logo designs, Wholesale options, and Marketing. We specialize in natural and exotic mink lashes that you can wear up to 20 times with proper care. My services and quality sets me apart from other brands alongside serving our community by hostingannual “Spread The Love” events all around South Carolina making someone smile one care package at a time. I am extremely proud of the growth and development within my brand over the past 3 years. I started over, rebranded, and relaunched multiple times because I was establishing a business structure which is very important for a good standing business. Entrepreneurship is not an easy career path but, everyday is what you make it. The effort and determination you put into your brand will impact the results. I overcame my challenges by staying consistent and never giving up. On the days, weeks, and months without orders I still stayed consistent by marketing and networking to get my brand noticed. I have learned many valuable lessons during the last 3 years but, the most important key note that stuck with me was to never give up on your dreams.



Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first like to acknowledge my late cousin Raekwon Berry for inspiring and helping me start my brand in 2019. His motivation and support has guided me every step of the way. Thank you to all my family, friends, and supporters for the likes, comments, shares, and referrals. Jamie Barbie and C.Metro deserve a mass amount of credit because of their amazing marketing classes. If it wasn’t for their classes, I wouldn’t have been where I am to accept great opportunities such as this one.
