We had the good fortune of connecting with Keith Tucker jr and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Keith, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m from Little Rock Arkansas. My background is rooted in God and family. Son of Tonya Jones and Keith Tucker Sr. Growing up in a gang and drug infested community things we’re always tuff but it prepared me for life and taught me everyday on earth to make it useful and do it with purpose. I was taught how to survive and make ways out of no ways at a early age and that to this day helps me in my Business Truth Sauce Inc

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the owner of Truth Sauce Inc a company owned by me and my 16 year old son. What started out being sold out the trunk of my car and it’s now being sold over 60 major stores throughout Arkansas. I was honored to be chosen as Entrepreneur of The Year for 2021 by Remix Ideas after only being in business for 2 years. Everyday is a new journey I left my job of 10 years as a chef at a local hospital and went full time to follow my dreams. The road was definitely not easy but rewarding. Along the way I learned that consistency is key to success. Leave it all on the line everyday and you’ve rewarded.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If coming to Arkansas I would definitely visit Hot Springs they have a racing and casino that’s always good fun for adults If your in the Area Bosses Chicken is a must they have southern style chicken topped with the best sauce in the land Truth Sauce. Certified Pies is the first black owned pizzeria and has won best wing with the truth sauce of course and if you’re feeling like tacos be sure to try Rock City Taco’s the Truth Sauce Taco was voted Best Taco In the state by Arkansas Times

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I definitely want to shoutout Drug Emporium, Edwards Food Giant , Value Foods And Remix Ideas and anyone else that’s ever took a chance on Truth Sauce. All Of these companies were pivotal in helping bringing my dreams into reality and I’m forever grateful
