We had the good fortune of connecting with Kavon Jacobs and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kavon, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Being Easy to work with and having a great support system has really motivated me and pushed me into stardom.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The one thing that comes to mind is just my lyrical ability and the fact I don’t write or have any ghost writers.It took time to get noticed and even then it was still a climb to to throne and being deemed “The God Mc” this was the most vigorous fight I’ve ever fought! And there was nothing easy about it! I learned that everybody has their own way of making music and I admire and study them.
I have to inform the masses that the music industry was a dark place and now that I have a voice I will use my platform to be a motivator to all no matter what you do or where you are going! I will also grind non stop to stay on top and will never be or get over confident and I will always protect the artist I manage and A&R for.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would probably take them to to play golf so we could discuss business. Then I would take them to the finest dining we have to offer. Of course we would have to go to the studio and afterwards checkout some of the club scenes. And show them around Atlanta
