Meet Kara Horton

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Kara Horton again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Kara, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
My name is Kara, I started making face masks a few years ago but I’ve always had a passion for art and creativity. Currently I am not running my business but I still love creating and being in touch with that side of myself. As much as I would love to be focusing on creative works full time, life come with its ups and downs and every now and again you have to step away. I’m hoping it won’t be for too long, but at this time it’s what for the best.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
I was able to sell more of my face masks, which was amazing! I ventured into more creative adventures. I started drawing more and learning new mediums. I also started making jewelry again, I’ve only been working on personal pieces but I would absolutely consider pieces for consumers as I’ve done it previously. Currently I’m working on a few personal aspects and am really looking forward to the future. I’m hoping to dive into even more creative endeavors and meet like minded people along the way.

Alright, so let’s do something a bit more fast-paced and lighthearted. We call this our lightning round and we’ll ask you a few quick questions.
