Meet Jasmen Mickey

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmen Mickey and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmen, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
After becoming chronically ill, placed on a feeding tube, and choosing hospice care, I believed my life was over. Then my 15-year relationship ended, forcing me to confront everything at once. I knew I had to fight; not just for myself, but for my children. I revoked hospice care, gave away everything I owned, and moved us from Indiana to Georgia. As I began shifting my mindset, everything changed. That transformation inspired me to help others reframe their thinking and turn possibility into reality. Thus, Success Is Tangible Inc. was founded.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Success Is Tangible Inc. was created to address a gap I experienced both personally and professionally. People are taught how to perform, but not how to sustain that performance. I specialize in performance sustainability, helping organizations and high-performing professionals manage capacity, prevent burnout, and maintain long term effectiveness.
My background includes a Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling, and I’ve worked as a mental health therapist, program supervisor for chronically mentally ill group homes, and clinical trainer. What sets me apart is that my work is both clinical and lived. I’ve navigated life threatening illness, caregiving my neurodivergent son, and rebuilding from the ground up.
The journey has not been easy, but it taught me that true strength is not about pushing harder, it’s about sustaining longer. Today, I’m most proud of turning my experiences into practical strategies that help others thrive without burning out.
At its core, my brand is about this: success is tangible when your mindset, capacity, and strategy are aligned.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m still fairly new to Georgia, so I’m exploring in real time; but honestly, the experience would be tailored to the friend. For me, a “best time” is about intentional, feel-good experiences rather than just being busy.
I’d start with a self-care day. Think a relaxing spa experience to reset and recharge. From there, I love something a little elevated and unique like tea around the city, followed by a great lunch at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant. It’s always a solid mix of good food and ambiance.
For the evening, I’d lean into Atlanta’s creative energy with a fun, festive night at City Winery Atlanta. Great music, great vibe, and a perfect way to unwind.
I’m big on experiences that pour back into you. Good conversation, good energy, and spaces that feel intentional. That’s my kind of fun!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This shoutout is dedicated to The Most High, who called me out of darkness, restored my hope, and declared over my life, “You shall live and not die.”
