Hi Jael, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thoughts When Starting My Hair Salon Business Were … how the heck am I about to build clientele ? I’ve always had the confidence behind my work but not so much confidence within my own abilities besides the craft to know if I would succeed or not

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
“Feel Flawless” Was Created On A Late Night , Me Sitting On my Bed With My Notebook jotting down Ideas.

What’s sets Feel Flawless apart is the Expectation, “Flawless” is Synonymous to “Impeccable” I wanted to Stand Behind A name that People get When They Get Me

I am most proud of How I Conquered the Ups and downs of being an Entrepreneur and Owning my First Salon .

How I got to where I am professionally was Simply Dedication And Focus . When I worked at A hair Salon as a Level 1 stylist I would spend time working on my mannequin perfecting my craft, watching YouTube Videos and Networking !

Was it easy ? No , There Were Times In All Stages Of my Career not Just The Beginning where I had bumps and bruises on the way. Going through that motion helped me develop tough skin .

The lessons I’ve learned along the way of becoming an entrepreneur are To not Be Afraid to do Something New , Don’t give Up even if No One is Applauding , and lastly Never take your Eyes Off the Prize “The Bigger Picture”

What I would want the world to know about me and my Brand is that Feeling Flawless , Feeling Happy , Feeling Comforted , Feeling Welcomed , Feeling Motivation and lastly Feeling Elevation are all Of what you Get When I’m in Your Space ! I can help take you to the next level

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Crab Boils And Chicken Lol , So anywhere that sells that I’m there !

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to Give A Shoutout to My Fiancée . Without Seeing His Moves as A Go Getter and Making things Happen Even When you Don’t feel like it , I wouldn’t of been able to have the Motivation . Before meeting My fiancée I didn’t think about if I left this world today , how would they remember me , I was just Surviving NOT Living .. My Fiancée Has Definitely Awaken me Out Of My Sunken Place To Get Through It Get To It And Get It Done
