We had the good fortune of connecting with Jacques and Reshema Mountain and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jacques and Reshema, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Commitment. It takes a whole different mindset to commit to something for the long term now. Social media promotes quick money with very little commitment to developing your craft.

We know from experience that you have to be willing to stay right there where you started to see the long-term​ results you want in your business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At Dream Home Inspections, we are very big on educating our clients. We want the buyers to feel at ease knowing they have a trusted partner that has taken to time to make sure they are informed on one of the biggest purchases they may ever make.

We’ve been able to build a sustainable business by giving a ton of value at first time home buyers seminars, free CE classes to agents, and we have 3 day home insepction class that teaches how to get in the home inspection industry.

We are very proud of our Mentorship program. It’s an 8 week program where we teach others that want to get in the business how to successfully build a home inspection company. We team up and teach them how to properly set up their business, how stand out with advanced marketing, how to present themselves properly at an inspection, how to pay their taxes now they are the boss, and the opportunity to gain field experience. It’s a great program.

This definitely was not easy to do, but it is very doable for any man or woman who is willing to put the work in along with the passion of helping people know what they are purchasing.

What people need to know about Dream Home Inspections is we are here to help people make a confident informed decision about their purchase. We think of the new couple that will be starting their family, we keep the older retired couple in mind that are relying on us to help them know what they are buying. It’s all making the people’s lives easier in this transaction.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love hanging out downtown Atlanta. It’s nothing for us to take a stayaction in one of luxury hotels Reshema loves to stay in.

We also would definitely get some tickets and hang out at the Falcons game too.

Jacques is a big time Dirty​ Bird fan. LOL

Everything about the city is fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our pastors, our marriage mentors, our business colleagues, and our family have just loved on us and kept us focused along the path. It’s really been a village.
