We had the good fortune of connecting with Gun Girls ATL Gun Girls ATL and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gun Girls ATL, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To properly educate my community on their second amendment rights, we are our first line of defense, especially women. When I first started I didn’t know much information besides what my husband explained to me. There were not a lot of women that looked like me teaching those things. I’ve found that a lot of times women learn from women a little easier. So I decided to give back to women just like me.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As of known I’m at almost 40K followers on TikTok. What sets me apart from other content creators is my ability to create 2A content on a very strict TikTok platform. To be honest I posted my first video went to sleep and woke up with almost 10K followers, that was the second time I went viral. The first time I went viral was when I posted my first video on YouTube and woke up with the same type of results. That’s when I knew I could exist in this creative space. Currently I’m excited about my new partnership with Optics Planet they have stepped up and became my first major sponsor and I cant wait to see where this new journey leads me. One of the lessons that I have learned since becoming a 2A content creator is I have to stay consistent with posting content to my audience. I would like the world to know to always be prepared in everything you do. Me and my husband have an emergency plan that we practice with our children weekly. With everything going on in the world one of my goals are to teach people to safely protect their selves and how to be aware of their surroundings with everything going on in the world. I frequently talk about these things on my YouTube channel and Instagram page.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a foodie so we would be doing a lot of eating lol. We would have to go to Marlow’s Tavern (Midtown), The Steamhouse Lounge, and The Sun Dial Restaurant. Little Five Points for the amazing people and vibes. JeJu Spa for some relaxation, I’m not much of a club hopper anymore, and of course we would find us a few gun ranges.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my husband Atlanta Prin who has used his life long experience in the music industry and has been there in every way from helping me gain knowledge as well as keeping me around the right people to grow, We have some dope celebrity collaborations coming up in the near future with a few A list celebrities that’s going to make some really cool content. I would also like to shoutout Optics Planet for being my first major sponsor as well as my beautiful 2A community.
