We had the good fortune of connecting with Fallon Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fallon, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I grew up in Decatur, Georgia, in a big family where my grandmother and grandfather had eight children, so it truly was a “village” that raised me. My parents and siblings were integral parts of my upbringing, providing love, support, and guidance throughout my life. My mother, in particular, emphasized the importance of education, and my aunts were always there to encourage me to stay focused on school. Their collective support motivated me to finish my education and explore various career paths.
Growing up in church, I began studying at a very young age, which deeply impacted my faith and shaped my understanding of relationships, love, and commitment. My experiences in church, combined with my family’s strong values, helped me realize the importance of love and connection, forming the foundation for my business today.
This rich upbringing has shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. Being part of a large family taught me that every relationship is special, and my parents and aunts kept me focused on my education, instilling in me the value of hard work and dedication. My faith also reinforced the importance of treating each couple I work with as unique and deserving of a ceremony that reflects their love story. That deep connection to family, faith, and community is at the core of my business and what drives me every day.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career started from a personal experience—after my own pandemic wedding, I realized how tough it can be to find the right officiant.
That inspired me to become one myself!
What sets me apart? Versatility! I’ve officiated weddings EVERYWHERE, seriously—from castles to Kroger,
I can create unique ceremonies anywhere—from mountaintops to labor and delivery rooms—because every love story deserves its OWN spotlight.
I’m most excited about my NEW State of Georgia Interactive Marriage License Guide I just launched!
It’s a game-changer for couples navigating the paperwork maze.
Plus, I’ve got my 11/11 package for couples who want to tie the knot on that special date—think of it as a Las Vegas quick marriage theme with a twist!
I’m proud to have officiated over 4,000 weddings in Georgia, each teaching me something new about love and connection.
The journey hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned that strong communication and good faith are key to overcoming challenges.
I want the world to know me as
THE MARRYING LADY IN ATLANTA, and trust me, I’m the best at what I do!
My goal is to make the elopement process joyful and stress-free, ensuring every couple feels valued.
I’m grateful to be part of such special moments and excited to keep evolving my services for the community!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you’re hanging with me in Atlanta, get ready for a week packed with good vibes, great eats, and a little pampering. Here’s how I’d roll through the city, day by day.
Day 1: We kick things off with breakfast at Barney’s, where the pancakes are as big as my dreams. After, it’s time for some adrenaline at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. We’ll wrap up the day with dinner at Houston’s Restaurant—trust me, their ribs are life-changing.
Day 2: We’re starting the morning with some serious self-care at a local nail salon. Then, it’s off to Ponce City Market for an afternoon of shopping and snacking. To end the day, we’ll vibe out at a live jazz club, because I just like listening to live bands.
Day 3: Breakfast at HOME is a must—because we’ve probably spent to much by this day!
Next, we’re heading to a winery for some chill time and a lot of wine tasting. As the sun sets, we’ll have dinner at Canoe, where the river views are as stunning as the food.
Day 4: We’ll brunch at the Flying Biscuit Café—because who doesn’t love a good biscuit? After brunch, it’s all about fun and games at Battle & Brews, where we can unleash our inner competitors. If we’re still hungry, we might hit up The Vortex for some late-night bites.
Day 5: Time to sweat it out! We’ll start with a morning workout at a local gym to get those endorphins flowing.
Then it’s game time as we head to a Braves Game for some local sports action. We’ll cap off the day with dinner at South City Kitchen, where the Southern comfort food is unbeatable.
Day 6: Let’s hit the trails for a morning hike at Stone Mountain Park, where the views are worth the climb. Afterward, Relax/ Pack, To end the day, we’ll grab drinks at Skyline Park—those rooftop views are not to be missed!
Day 7: We’ll start with a little morning worship to set a positive tone.
Breakfast at West Egg Cafe is on the menu, followed by our final dinner at Two Urban Licks.
