We had the good fortune of connecting with Dominique Cleveland and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dominique, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I knew at the age of 15 that I would be an entrepreneur however it took me until 2018 to actually jump into to it and for a lot of different reasons, mainly fear but I knew I wanted to really help people in a fulfilling capacity! Crazily enough credit/financial services was not something that I was anticipating, it sort of just landed in my lap but once I started to pursue the field, I quickly realized that it gave me a sense of fulfillment that nothing else at the time did.

What should our readers know about your business?
Wealthy Solutions Inc. is a financial consulting firm. We offer a wide range of services and resources dedicated to serving the unique needs of each or our clients, our team brings experience in providing assistance with personal credit consulting, taxes, budgeting services, financial products, financial mindset shifting programs and much more for clients from all walks of life!

I am most proud to be able to simply help people, one of the things that makes me the happiest is seeing a person come into my program one way and leave out another way, for instance helping a client achieve the dream of owning a home, just knowing that I was able to be apart of the journey from start to finish, from credit to closing makes me happy!

Getting to where I am today and one of the biggest experiences that has affected me and in which is probably one of the major reasons, the credit/financial field has had such impact on me is because I was a customer before I was a business owner and I know first-hand how it feels to be treated as if you’re just a number especially if you aren’t knowledgeable or well versed in the area of credit and finances! One of the things that I strive to make known to my clients is that they’re family, NOT a number and by the time they finish my program, they will have the tools that they need to continue to excel.

One of the biggest lessons that I’ve learned to date is that everything you desire to accomplish has to involve changing your ”mindset ”! I had to come to the realization that you can have all of the goals/dreams you want but until you shift your mindset, for the most part you won’t see a change and In order for me to overcome these challenges I had to be very intentional about the current state that I was in while looking toward the future.

As far as my brand/story, I want the world to know how proud I am at how impactful my company has become! What started out as an idea has genuinely become a beautiful baby that has helped so many families and I am most proud. I want the readers to know that I wholeheartedly enjoy helping others and we will continue to strive to make a huge impact on the world, the more people we’re able to help the better our lives will be!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Ooooo I would definitely visit “Atlantic Station” also the Underground! I’d eat at Slutty Vegan, their food is so good. Anyone who visits’ the city has to go to Stone Mountain, its absolutely one of the most beautiful places ever! Also we’d probably take a trip to the Sky View which is the big Ferris wheel located downtown.

If the Falcons are playing, I’d also go to the Mercedes Bens stadium to see them play, the atmosphere is always amazing! There are so many places to travel in the A! For those who’ve never been, you must visit!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Hmmm… there are so many people who have contributed to my success, one in general although she isn’t here anymore, may she R.I.P is my beautiful mother! She always pushed me to follow my dreams and achieve anything my heart desired.

My husband and children are my daily motivation to keep going even when the days get tough, entrepreneurship is a journey/process that is often times not easy to navigate but very rewarding if you stick with it.

My best friend Letoya Ince, she’s my ROCK! I can go to her for anything and she always manages to help steer me back in the right direction, she’s been in my life since we were 15 years old and I couldn’t see life without her.

Lastly a host of friends, mentors and my spiritual leaders whom all have had some sort of impact on my journey!
