We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Miranda and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Daniel, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
Born and raised in California, my dad took videos back in Vietnam with his 8mm film camera.. we had cameras lying around the house.. so I was csurrounded with cameras.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One form of art I love to capture is the Ballerinas of Atlanta. They have pushed me to be a better photographer. I think what sets me apart from other photographers here in Atlanta is 1.. the locations we find 2.. the Ballerinas we shoot. 3 the Angles we use to shoot. 4. The passion we have for the art of photography. Was it easy??? Oooo no.. Ive given up on photographery so many times.. but what I’ve learned.. people need the gifts that God has benquest upon us. We just want to capture those precious moments. One frame at a time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Since I live in Atlanta..there are so many places we can start. But if we head straight to downtown Atlanta there is where we can start..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would say…I would shout out everyone I have had the availability to work with. Also Allan Henry CEO of ABH Studios, he is one that pushed me to be a bitter photographer…others .. Joe Mapp, Terry Brown, Darian White, Fallon Taylor, My model teams in Atlanta.
