We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher salute and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christopher, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I saw a need in the market that was definitely being unmet. It was a passion of mine and I thought “If I am going to work on a passion project… it should be something I will forever be passionate about.”

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are the largest plus size empowerment company in the world. It’s never easy. Being a man in this space is a challenge. I’ve also made lots of mistakes.

I’d like the world to know there’s so much more to be done. We need to work together to eradicate weight and size discrimination.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in Las Vegas so I’d bring my friend to the strip, just to see it. Then, we’d head downtown to get some great food and do some shopping.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
