Meet Chantele Ashbourne | Dog Breeder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chantele Ashbourne and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chantele, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is the thought of my customers in mind and my prior experiences and love of what I do. I am a dog breeder, specifically Quality Champion Bloodline Rottweilers.

I strive to do better where I see that there is room for improvement. When I first started this journey to be a dog breeder, I was in search of great quality purebred dogs and while I found great dogs to be the foundation of my program, I did not find the breeder and process to be informative or very helpful. Honestly, it was a horrible experience. Hence, the reason why I am here every step of the way for all of my customers, old and new. I go above and beyond to make sure all of my customers are satisfied.

I make sure that there is open transparency, that I am very informative and that I keep a small amount of dogs that I can have a relationship with as they are my babies. These are my babies so I provide them with the best, they are very well cared for and it shows as soon as any one visits. I go over all documents and explain the purchasing process as well as give each customer the ability to schedule times to visit their puppy during that excruciating process of waiting for their new family member to arrive home. I take pride in knowing that all of my customers experience are positive.

Experiences provide learning curves that allow us to improve and with the adapted knowledge and the continuing learning will allow for further growth. I believe that it is the love of what I do that contributes to success more than anything.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am employed at Greystone Power, which is a power company serving West Metro Atlanta area. I enjoy assisting our members with their concerns and providing options that help them manage their electric better. I get satisfaction out of being able to provide support and resolution for members when they call when they thought there were no other options.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This is Atlanta, there are so many exciting things to do in this city, hard to choose. I love nature and love to go to Sweetwater Creek to enjoy the calming waters and its serenity, this is my personal escape from everything. After I do some good stretching, to loosen up the old muscles then I like to go skating, so Sparkles would be another spot to check out. Once again this is Atlanta and any one that lives here or has visited here before knows that we have plenty of spots around the city known for there good food, but if forced to choose I love the restaurant Nuevo, I’m there a couple times a month and lol it is showing. Piedmont Park is also another place I love, I care my pups and little ones here and we enjoy the dog park and riding the scooters around. Atlanta is a gorgeous city full of fun.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shout out to my husband, for his belief in me and encouragement through out the process. It would be hard for any of this to be possible with out him. Of course, I cant forget the people who support me the most, my customers. Too many to name but shout out to every last one of you for choosing to purchase your puppies from me. Thanks so much.
