Meet Cecilya Oliveira & Taylor Warren | Co-Founders of P+S Mobile Bar

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cecilya Oliveira and Taylor Warren and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cecilya and Taylor, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Creativity.

Pour and Savor, also known as P+S Mobile Bar, was born out of a mutual desire to be a part of memorable moments, and to bring imagination into those moments to truly make them more savorable.

Success in the mobile bar industry is highly dependent on creativity. Whether it’s innovation with the design and functionality of our mobile bars, or originality with cocktails and service experience, such an invigorating part of owning a mobile bar is that with every client comes a different vision, with every different vision presents opportunities to be creative.

Creativity is truly woven into every aspect of the mobile bar industry. From the very beginning we understood that there would be many challenges ahead and we’ve been challenged to exercise ingenuity from the inception of our business. How will we modify this trailer? How will we physically do this? How can we be a jack of all trades to make our business successful? How will we continue working full time jobs and grow our business? These are a few of many questions that have ignited a creative spirit and resourcefulness to the very core of our business.

Now, creativity and artistry are seen physically through our clients bar service experience and through the beautiful and tasty drinks we create. Maintaining innovation and individuality in our mobile bar service is what ultimately will create and sustain a brand, known for creativity, execution and savorable drinks. We are very passionate when it comes to the quality of our service and of the cocktails we make and their presentation. We enjoy researching and learning new recipes of fun cocktails, and we always aim to create drinks from scratch; whether it’s getting creative with homemade simple syrups, to juicing our own juices, we want to ensure everything we pour is nothing but savorable.

 What should our readers know about your business?
We are a mobile bar business, where we provide not only staffing, but also rental of our mobile bars in addition to creating and serving delicious drinks. We own a two horse trailer that we converted into a beautiful mobile bar. We aim to create an elevated customized beverage experience that our clients can savor! What excites us most is getting to be a part of people’s celebrations, and often, their most important days. Even if we play a small part in each celebration, we hope that the work we do will make it even better. Some of the lessons we’ve learned so far are, to follow your dreams and don’t give up. Starting and running your own business is not for the faint of heart, and if it was easy, everyone would do it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We both live in the “Burbs” now, but when we’re in the city, we love to go for walks on the Belt Line and visiting Ponce City and Krog Street Market. New Realm and Ladybird are some of our favorite spots to go with friends on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. We also love hanging out at The Battery, where the Braves plays. We love to go there for every occasion, whether it’s game day, or just for dinner or to hang out. Some of our favorite restaurants in the city are Barcelona Wine Bar, Gunshow, Lazy Betty and Miller Union to name a few. We also enjoy the many great breweries we have here in Atlanta like Sweetwater, Monday Night and Three Taverns.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to dedicate this shoutout to both of our mothers, Buffy and Cristina. Although there are a list of people who have supported and encouraged us along the way, we want to extend a special thank you to our dear mothers! Taylor and I have been blessed with great mamas who love us unconditionally, and who has influenced us to become the women we are today.
