Meet Cameron Steel | Model & Photographer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cameron Steel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cameron, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
A strong sports enthusiast I began to notice differences in fashion worn by my favorites athletes and began to notice public interest in their wardrobe. This got me thinking about how my own passion for sports and fashion could be expressed in my modeling career. With that in mind, I began taking modeling classes.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I was determine to build a career , especially to young people that it is cool to dress up and represent culture with respect and style so I became a photographer so I can capture the moments and start putting on fashion shows to showcase their talents/models coaching building a career for within the model industry. I am looking to demonstrate as well as educate aspiring individuals on various aspects related to the industry.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are a number of places in cleveland but I am a big sports fan so going to a Cavs games or Browns game would be something we have to do. We also have Rock and Hall of Fame and some more historical sites that is nice place to visit know about the history of cleveland in whole. But we can’t forget about the food we would definitely have to go to black box fix, Mr. Hero, Barrio, Zanzibar. That is some of my favorite spots to eat and have the best drinks at. We have some dope fashion shows that I put on with my team and also other dope artist and creators that is a must see!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
