Hi Brandy, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Becoming a mom.
I absolutely adore being a mother. It is my greatest accomplishment. My reason for it all. Knowing that I have someone that is counting on me, looking up to me, and depending on me allows me to push myself harder and harder each day. I want to be the best I can be for my child.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m Brandy, owner of Simply Brandy Creations. I created this business because I enjoy ​event planning and decorating. I am a wife and mom who is very committed to her ​family but also has a strong desire to follow my passions which is why I started my ​balloon decorating business.

As a balloon business owner, I find great joy in bringing smiles to people’s faces. Seeing ​the happiness in others when they receive one of my balloon creations is incredibly ​rewarding.

Running a balloon business requires a lot of creativity and attention to detail. From ​designing unique balloon bouquets to creating custom balloon installations for events, ​every order is an opportunity to showcase my skills and make someone’s day.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
