We had the good fortune of connecting with Antwan Copeland and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Antwan, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m from Atlanta Ga was born at Grady I started my life in Atlanta but was raise on the east n the south and music and working help me grow as a person I watch my mother raise 6 of us. I learned the streets through music, I got my working ways watching my mother work to help us, but i know this life get hard so moving around a lot turned me to wanting more I didn’t finish high school but will gain my ged before the death of me. I’ve chosen working and hustling after realizing a lot of stuff don’t to much matter to make it. I had kids and the mother of my kids left me due to me not being true to her and that gave me the hunger to put every thing on my back to go harder. So, sometimes you have to go through lessons to strengthen you and thats what help the upbringing and impact me who I am today. I feel I have a great voice and I should be heard and todays youth should take they life to a BAGATTACK life style and get out the streets n work on they money getting skills instead of falling victim to the guns in todays system and violence but always protect your peace because some people is not right in the head.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
So, I created this idea off everyone loving money but it’s like we spend it to just survive and save it for longevity growth and prospering. I thought of something that don’t mean you rich but you handling your business for Growth so I came up with BAGATTACK and I’m excited to get the world to understand where I’m coming from with this. It’s like we punching a bag to knock money out it but also saving the money and caring the load on our back of every day working and grinding and nobody stop attack the the bag even if you down as long as you keep fighting you will come out on top. I didn’t get this far from sitting on the couch all day but from grinding, lessons, and blood sweat and tears. Im not saying everything easy in life you have to sit done and think harder. Sometimes, focus if you are knock off track for a moment. I over came ever challenge by being true to me and standing on business. I’ve learned along the way if you don’t try you will fall. Also, giving up is not a option when it comes to growing as a person. You must challenge your energy it will take you far if you don’t let extra nonsense tear you up. I want the world to know my brand my name is gone take me to a to great heights. BAGATTACK & TWANNNDADONN will be a name to remember in this world I have a voice and I will be heard. You don’t have to be up tight high class or in the streets to be apart of my brand cause in the end we all want peace. I want the world to know that it’s still cool to handle your business first and then have fun no matter what’s your hustle or work ethics it’s like “MIND OVER MATTER”. I DONT WANT THE WORLD TO THINK YOU HAVE TO BE TOUGH TO POP YOUR SHIT AND MAKE MUSIC IN THE END ITS ART ITS NOT ABOUT BEEFING ITS ABOUT BEING HEARD, HAVING FUN, AND ENJOYING LIFE, BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN LIFE IT SELF WILL COME TO A END.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the city to enjoy our great black owned businesses across Atlanta, where we have grew ass a community over the years. I encourage places like TOP GOLF , VVS , MAIN EVENT, OUR DOWNTOWN HOOTERS , Harold’s CHICKEN. Also, clubs like Zaria. Indeed strip clubs like Magic City the list can go on. My go to place is OUR GREAT soufside OLD NATIONAL it may not be the safest but it’s home to meeting ppl and having fun in the community and meeting other hustlers trying to Grow as a whole. I’ll go eat at South Side Wings let them know about there great wings see me I’ll get a 10 piece hot wing combo with a coke everytime. Also have some fun at MAD House nice place to have some fun and meet ppl along with the MYNT . I love wings so I’ll even stop By LEGEND CAFE AND ENJOY THERE WINGS AS WELL AND IF YOU ASK THE RIGHT PERSON YOU CAN GET YOUR MUSIC PLAYED OUTSIDE THE RESTARANT . IF YOU AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME YOU CAN RUN Into SOME GREAT CELEBRITIES. WHO WILL ACTUALLY TAKE TIME AND TALK TO YOU like I’ve meet familiar names like TOOTIE RAW, BOOSIE ,CAM NEWTON, NEFEW all positive people. But you get the message my City is a great place to grow and network despite the negative people that’s across the city. So, I can’t really say where to go to have fun because it’s always something to do here in Atlanta.
