We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Quin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
The commitment to self development is one of the best habits you can have. Changes in your life that can seem small or not important can compound into life changing results over time. Massive success does not always require massive action. Improving by just 1% a day can pay off highly in the long run. Your success is the product of daily habits. Habits that have helped me succeed are eating healthy, getting a good nights sleep, reading every day, serving others selflessly, and following through on my commitments no mater how small they are. Mastery requires a whole lot of patience.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One of the projects I’m most proud of is UADV’s partnership with IKONICK. My friends and partners Michelle Chia and Jeff Cole have materialized art pieces that have disrupted a whole industry and spread a message of positivity, love, and light. As a result we have created multiple #1 best sellers and reached millions with our message. See more here: https://www.uadv.net/casestudies/ikonick Our challenge was to develop new art collections for target demographics not yet established in the Ikonick persona while retaining their core brand DNA. Along the way I learned that nothing beats working with good hard working people. The peace of mind that comes with working with good humans is priceless.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This long business journey has showed me many things, one of those is that not everyone will understand your vision. Another thing I’ve come to learn is that not everyone has supportive family or friends. I have come to see how difficult it can be for people who feel a lack of support form those they love. I’ve been fortunate enough to have parents that motivate me and empower me. So my shoutout goes to them I couldn’t have done it without them.
