Meet 404Hugo: Recording Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with 404Hugo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi 404Hugo, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting a business can be terrifying. Weighing the pros and cons, the risks, and other considerations can be so overwhelming that often promising entrepreneurs stop before they even start. When I started this, I knew timing would be everything so I made sure I had a highly structured plan and method of release.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
It was a long road to get where I am now but it was all through hard work, timing, and branding. With all those things combined, it added to the success of me landing a Contract with a label under Sony Entertainment, But during my time within the contract I’ve learned a lot about my creative direction and branding my sound, I’ve come across a lot of challenges where I had to keep that tunnel vision to my long-term goal so I would not throw myself off of my path. But the lessons I’ve learned throughout that allotted time was no matter how hard it gets never give up because if you mess up and learn nothing, it’s a mistake. But if you mess up and learn something, it’s an experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
we would go to the buttermilk kitchen on Roswell road for Brunch, take them to my favorite Recording Studio in Atlanta Called “Deaf Star Studios” and Hangout Spot would have to be skylounge

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d really like to thank my friends and family, the fans, my Mentor since I was 17 he goes by the name “Freeztv, and the team that I have backing me my current management Phlexnproductions. Without all of them, this would all be impossible and pointless. People give you something to strive for and these people push me to be the best version of myself every day
