What makes me happiest is helping others achieve their personal best, both physically and mentally. There’s a deep sense of fulfillment in watching someone transform, not just in terms of fitness, but in how they carry themselves and approach life with newfound confidence. As a personal trainer and exercise psychologist, I love guiding clients through that journey of self-discovery and achievement. What makes me the happiest is meeting customers and creating relationships. I spend time curating pieces for my booths that bring happy memories to customers. When they stop by to see the fun vintage items, they remember a favorite aunt/grandmother/neighbor who had that same piece. Often they will share stories of where it was or what it meant to them. Typically they are sad they no long have it and frequently purchase to bring those memories back home. Being able to be part of someone else’s journey is so rewarding. Read more>>

I choose to answer in the form of a list, because I love lists and because writing out things that make me happy is one of the things that makes me happy. These are in no particular order, and have, and will continue, to evolve over time.
1. Reading. Books, articles, other people’s lists, my own lists.
2. People. People who ask curious questions and genuinely want to know the answer. People who are the same person no matter the group of people they are with. People who listen like Steve from Blues Clues when he asks how we are all doing. Read more>>
