Meet Pamela Pamela Finney-Harris | Learning Strategist /Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Pamela Finney-Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Pamela, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
In every role I hold… mother, business owner, and a small group leader. I’ve learned that clarity is a form of confidence and self respect. You keep going when the assignment is still yours. You release when the assignment has shifted, but you’re still trying to carry it. Seasons will always change. Assignments will always evolve. But my identity and the woman I am becoming stays rooted.
So, I ask myself a simple but sacred question:
What is mine to carry in this season, and what is no longer aligned with who I am?
When I’m discerning my next move, I return to three grounding truths.
1. Is this aligned with who I’m becoming?
2. Is there grace here, or am I forcing something that’s already complete?
3. If I laid this down today, would I feel relief or regret?
My body, my spirit, and my peace tell the truth long before my mind does.
I don’t see releasing something as failure. Sometimes release is obedience. Sometimes perseverance is obedience. The wisdom is in knowing which one the season is asking for.
At this stage of my life, I’m not choosing between being strong or being weak. I’m choosing between assignment and attachment. Between what still grows me and what has already served its purpose. And that choice, for me, is an act of maturity, confidence, alignment, and mostly grace.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My work and Business Educonnect Training is about designing an experience that becomes a blueprint for living and working well. Creating a transformational process that helps people calibrate their confidence, clarify their direction, and build systems that support who they are becoming to thrive at work and in life.
What sets my work apart is that I don’t just teach or coach, but help people to provoke a vision to see themselves clearly, trust themselves deeply, and build lives that feel aligned and sustainable. This becomes a blueprint for living and working well. The intentional pathway to calibrate their confidence and step into the next version of themselves with clarity and ease.
My calling has always been to teach, but my unique gift is being a Vision Provoker™. I help people identify their gifts, see what’s possible for their lives, and create the vision for their life’s work. My business evolved from finally understanding my own gift — and realizing that when I aligned with who I was created to be, a natural pathway opened up. That pathway became my blueprint for success, built on my own terms. Once I aligned, everything else began to align with me.
This path has not at all been easy, but it has been worth it. It was absolutely a process. A process filled with challenges, stretching seasons, and moments where I had to rebuild myself from the inside out. But I’ve learned to see challenges as opportunities: opportunities to grow, to evolve, and to become the woman I was created to be.
In this season, I welcome every assignment and overcome every difficult season by trusting the process, even when I don’t understand it. I have learned to be grateful for the process not just the outcomes and to serve others while I’m still becoming. That posture of gratitude, service, and alignment is what continues to carry me through every transition.
Some of the impactful lessons I’ve learned along the way include:
• Trusting the process — it’s shaping you as much as it’s guiding you.
• Being grateful daily — gratitude keeps you grounded and open.
• Serving while you grow — service keeps your heart aligned with purpose and equips you for leadership.
• Your gift makes room for you — but alignment keeps you there.
• Vision requires structure — and structure becomes your blueprint for living and working well.
What I Want the World to Know About Me, My Brand, and My Story

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This experience is designed to honor the spirit of Atlanta. Our city…a city rooted in freedom, vision, and becoming. Each day reflects one of my brand pillars, inviting my friend to align, learn, design, and rise. It’s more than an itinerary; it’s a journey through the culture, courage, and quiet confidence that make Atlanta a blueprint for living and working well. And while the week is thoughtfully curated, it remains flexible enough to welcome new ideas, unexpected moments, and the kind of spontaneous joy that makes every visit with a good friend unforgettable.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my Shoutout to my husband, Eric. He is the quiet force, the steady anchor, and the one who makes the everyday sacrifices that allow me to rise, grow, and serve. My ability to show up fully in my purpose is directly tied to the way he shows up for me. He creates the space for me to follow my passions, pour into others, and become the best version of myself.
His support isn’t loud, but it is constant. It’s in the early mornings laughs, the late-night check-in, the unspoken encouragement, and the belief he has in me even on the days I’m still finding my footing. He is the one who makes sure our world keeps moving so I can keep moving in my calling.
So, this shoutout belongs to him for his love, his patience, his partnership, and his willingness to stand beside me as I build, dream, and serve. I am who I am becoming because he chooses, every day, to lift me higher.
