We had the good fortune of connecting with Bhavisha Prajapati and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bhavisha, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success, to me, is freedom. It’s the freedom to live with peace of mind, to feel stable, and to experience a sense of satisfaction in both personal and professional life. It’s true that life will always have its own ups and downs, but real success comes from balance—when personal fulfillment and professional growth move forward together, not at the expense of one another.

At the same time, success is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. It’s a stage in life where one feels happy, rooted, and deeply satisfied. That moment of contentment—when you feel aligned with who you are and where you are—is success for that individual.

Success is also profoundly human. It’s having someone who stands by you when you have nothing, when you’re still finding your way, and when success exists only as a belief. That kind of support shapes the journey. When professional success arrives, being able to give back for every quiet sacrifice and every moment of faith speaks volumes about what success truly means.

For me, success is not individual—it’s shared. It belongs to both the dreamer and those who believed before the dream was visible. When both feel secure, fulfilled, and valued, that is when success feels complete.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career has been shaped by a love for creativity, strategy, and problem-solving. What sets me apart is my ability to balance creativity with business—turning ideas into meaningful outcomes while executing both vision and strategy with intention.

I’m most proud of the projects where I’ve been able to make a tangible impact—developing products, improving processes, and contributing to strategies that drive real results. As a Luxury Retail & Consumer Insights Specialist, I evaluate retail, digital (including technology-enabled experiences), and omnichannel touchpoints in the $350B luxury market for brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Tiffany & Co., along with 15+ other renowned brands across fashion, fragrance, beauty, accessories, jewelry & watches, and luxury automobiles. I identify customer experience gaps and deliver recommendations around storytelling, omnichannel flow, cultural tone, and client acknowledgment—helping brands elevate relevance and performance.

Alongside this, I have worked on go-to-market strategies, product line expansions, brand and product extensions, and geographic growth initiatives. I help brands stay relevant through GTM strategies, growth initiatives, brand extensions, international expansion frameworks, design innovation, and new product development. My work also draws heavily on consumer insights, advanced analytics, digital transformation, and creative problem-solving to drive measurable impact across global luxury, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, beauty, consumer goods, technology/IT, and hospitality brands.

Getting here wasn’t easy. From my teenage years, I faced people laughing at my dreams, which often made me question my worth. Coming to the U.S. as an international student—away from family and on my own—was one of the most challenging chapters of my life. I managed academics, finances, cultural shifts, and emotional pressure simultaneously, while navigating housing, job searches, rejections, and constant uncertainty. There were countless sleepless nights filled with self-doubt, wondering if I was doing enough or if I would ever truly find my place.

What kept me going was faith—faith in my work and faith in God. Through perseverance, I learned to trust my voice, recognize my value, and build confidence in my ability to create something meaningful from the ground up.

Above all, I want people to know that I approach every role with dedication, curiosity, and purpose. I am driven by opportunities to contribute, learn, and help teams and organizations grow—while leaving a lasting, thoughtful impact through strategy, creativity, and execution.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Atlanta, I’d want her to experience the city’s perfect mix of nature, culture, shopping, and nightlife. The first stop would definitely be the Atlanta Botanical Garden—and if it’s the holiday season, the Garden Lights are absolutely magical and not to be missed.

Since we love shopping together and have so many fond memories of it, I’d take her to Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, and Buckhead Village. From luxury brands to charming cafés, it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon strolling and exploring. We’d also explore Ponce City Market and walk the Atlanta BeltLine to take in the street art and neighborhood energy.

I’d also take her to tour my college, SCAD Atlanta, where I graduated—it’s a special place for me and a way to share part of my journey. While we’re there, we wouldn’t miss one of Atlanta’s best views from the SCAD rooftop terrace garden, which offers an incredible perspective of the city.

For a fun and active outing, we’d go to Topgolf, which is always a blast for friendly competition and laughs.

We’d balance it out with outdoor time at Piedmont Park or a short hike at Stone Mountain, enjoy dinners at spots like The Optimist or Kimball House, and end a few nights with live music at The Tabernacle or Smith’s Olde Bar. The trip would wrap up with food and drinks at Krog Street Market and sunset views from Jackson Street Bridge.

Atlanta has a vibrant energy, welcoming people, and endless experiences—it’s a city I love sharing with friends, especially someone I’ve made so many memories with.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Success, to me, is never a solo journey. This shoutout is dedicated to the people who believed in me long before I fully believed in myself.

First and foremost, my parents deserve endless recognition. Their sacrifices, resilience, and unwavering faith gave me the freedom to dream beyond limitations. Even from miles away, their strength and encouragement have been my foundation.

I also want to acknowledge the mentors, professors, and Visionary leaders who challenged me to think deeper, refine my voice, and trust my instincts. Their guidance taught me that growth comes from curiosity, discipline, and courage—not perfection.

Lastly, this shoutout is for the friends and peers who stood by me through uncertainty, celebrated the small wins, and reminded me that success is not just about milestones, but about balance, peace of mind, and staying true to who you are.

Every step forward carries their influence, and this journey is as much theirs as it is mine.
