Hi Tishawn, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was “what would describe me as an individual?” That’s when I came up with iof360 (ImOnForever) a brand that which I can tell people how I put myself on.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
A book bag and a plan. That’s how it all started. 2021 I left my home town Newark, NJ to meet my father for the first time as an adult.

Here’s your entire life testament story:

My life’s testament: From Boyhood to Manhood

2018 marked rock bottom – arrested and lost a dream job with Newark Police due to toxic relationship patterns with my ex-fiancé. Immature actions spoke louder than words – I was acting out like a lost boy, unaware of true manhood.

Then, 2019 shook my world – my son’s mother suffered a stroke. Mental health unraveled, yet hospital vigils beside her bed forged unexpected strength. Daily visits, even walking to Livingston Hospital, showed me dedication – a glimpse of the man within.

But breakthrough came fleeing Newark’s chaos Thanksgiving week 2021. In North Carolina, I found refuge at my aunt’s home and met my father – a catalyst for change.
Humbling myself with jobs leading to –
· Becoming American Airlines Flight Attendant, Class 22-29

A dream achieved, yet returning to Newark NJ felt incomplete.
Staying with my cousin, reunited with my son – joyful moments, but inner voice whispered ‘mission not fully accomplished.’
God’s plan unfolded slowly – Flight Attendant wings merely lifted me closer to true purpose…

What was the next chapter He had in store?

God said I needed to stay home to see if I could do what I did in North Carolina. He was testing me to see was I being fake or did I really become a man.
July 2023 – stopped flying, started coaching football – lifelong passion ignited!
Leading youth in my community, Newark NJ, as a positive black male role model.

Football season ended, shifted to personal training –
· Briefly at LA Fitness until release due to signage numbers
But resilience kicked in – DoorDash walking gigs kept income flowing.
Laughing at myself – ‘won’t be doing this in year…’ – already growing beyond.

My 30th birthday came December 10th and everything just clicked.
Rode a bike around to get to the gym and to DoorDash.

2024 began with purpose –
· Trained youth in football at Newark’s See Drops Boxing Gym with Black Panthers Newark
Learned leadership skills, initiated own program – gratitude to Black Panthers for mentorship!

Launched Im On Fitness (I.O.F) – personal training for adults and youth – SUCCESS followed:
· Visible impact on football fields and lives transformed
Summer 2024 – Atlanta trip revived food content passion
Doubts crept in – video quality worries plagued my mind –
“But Rome wasn’t built overnight,” I reminded myself still…
Breakthrough convo with a friend – his words echoed confidence:
“‘Your videos are GOOD. Just keep going…’
He paused, then dropped truth bombs –
“‘People gonna be like… WHERE THIS DUDE COME FROM?!’
Returned home from Atlanta, attended Newark’s “Neighborhood vs Neighborhood” basketball game –
Captured food and hoops magic on camera, merged into ONE EPIC VIDEO
Posted it online… AND THEN –
SHAQUILLE O’NEAL REPOSTED MY VIDEO
Friend’s prophecy fulfilled: “People gonna be like… WHERE THIS DUDE COME FROM?!”
Shaq’s stamp of approval = VIRAL SENSATION
I.O.F 360 LLC blew up!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to any sporting event. The Atlanta people will be outside for sure. Great way to meet people and see what’s going on after. One of my favorite spots in Atlanta I would take them to is buttermilk biscuits. They have some of the best pancakes I’ve tasted. Will explore the music scene also by visiting “little five points”. I would also Take them to visit cascades. All my friends from my hometown want to go to just because the movie “ATL”. You know I’m from Jersey and you know we like to dance so I’ll take them to buck head to dance with some females. Waffle out is a must that’s what I call 5 star dining.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shoutout Apostle. My mentor in north carolina. I met apostle in planet fitness downtown charlotte. After one conversation he told me I was meant for greatness. I told him I came to North Carolina with $100 and a book bag full of clothes. Apostle took the time to listen to my troubles and help me stay in tune with my mental. He showed me how a man supposed to live Heart rooted in righteousness, justice, and compassion. Mind focused on empowerment, uplift, and legacy. Spirit unbroken, resilient, and forever ascending. Apostle (god’s messenger) My deepest gratitude from my heart and mind goes to you.
Your spiritual guidance illuminated my path, Wisdom imparted strengthened my faith and resolve, eternal thanks for helping shape my soul and purpose.
