Hi Jason, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Verdictstillout out happened as an experience that turned into a business. I was making clothes for myself and people would always come upto me and ask questions . Like what’s the designer , where I got it , and the thought behind the concept . This intrigued me to start Verdictstillout the brand .

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What I’m most proud of is we live in a world where you can design a garment that will alter the perception of identity . We challenge the rules and energy of uniformity. Instagram and other social media outlets have allowed visibility and instant awareness. This is what def sets us apart from other designers we dare to deconstruct conformity.When you create things that have an energy and a voice it takes flights and builds momentum on it own . People can see there selves in the process and creativity

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m so busy with projects this rarely happens but some spot we would def go enjoy would be ponce city market. I like going there so many good food selections and the rooftop has mini golf,games and lil rides . Then continue on to the belt line I always enjoy walking the belt line getting inspiration and people watching . Agin there are great food options and drinks along the belt line just remember you have walk back your car lol . I like midtown area as well we start off with putshack and holiday bar it’s dope vibe then head over to Marcel’s for dinner r my fav lil restaurants in the area never disappoints.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
That’s a loaded question and tricky lol . I love all my friends equally (side eye) no seriously . I think we are captivated by things and experiences that shape our purpose .so being blk ,family , friends hip hop culture ,traveling, museums,ballroom all have had an impact on me and how I see the world and design concepts to enter that world and change the ideas of conformity .
