Hi SiStar, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My all-time favorite quote is “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies” -Albert Einstein

I love this quote because it addresses a truth about our physical bodies that western medicine has yet to fully acknowledge. Our bodies aren’t just physical vessels it is also a complex energy system made up of consciousness, vibrations, frequencies and an electromagnetic field that are unseen by the human eye. It’s within our realm of possibility that the root of most diseases and illnesses is not physical but rather energetic or spiritual in nature. Acknowledgement of this truth by the scientific and medical community will be a turning point for overall wellbeing of humankind.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a Quantum Healing practitioner, I address all unseen energies that causes imbalance and illness in the body. My modality is the “frequency medicine” Einstein speaks of in his quote. Einstein understood that disease and illness is caused by disruptions in the human energy field. Frequency medicine identify these energy disruptions and restore balance to the human energy field. There are many causes of energy disruptions which commonly include: intense negative emotions, processed foods, traumatic life events and electromagnetic radiation from electronics. For every kind of disease there is a frequency that will heal it. This gives us infinite possibilities for healing the human body. Wellbeing is promised to ALL who believe. This is what I love about frequency medicine.

I discovered Quantum Healing through digging deeper in my own healing journey. I was tired of doing shadow work for myself, I was already 7 years in. I was advised by my spiritual guidance team that i had lifetimes of energy imbalances to heal within myself. I knew there had to be a more efficient way to get this done. Frequency medicine was my biggest breakthrough. One of the biggest things I learned along the way is there is a solution to every problem. You have to keep trying, keep digging, keep asking pertinent questions to discover your solution.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love this question. I live in a world class city, Atlanta, GA. There is so much to do here.

I love to start my days in nature to ground my energy and working. My favorite trails are East Palisades (Bamboo Forest), Stone Mountain and the Atlanta Beltline.

Brunch is life here in Atlanta. My top three brunch spots are Cultivate Cafe, West Egg and Omni Coffee and Eggs.

Shout out to my coffee lovers! My favorite places to get coffee is Black Coffee ATL, Bellwood and Costa Coffee. Honorable mention Cultivate (try the Rose latte).

I live for a good view! My favorite places to catch good food, music, fun and views are Rose and Rye, Spaceman, the Moxy, Ponce City Rooftop.

My favorite shopping experiences are located at Ponce City Market, Westside Provision, The Works ATL & Perimeter Mall.
