We had the good fortune of connecting with Ja’Nessa Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ja’Nessa, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I believe that we are all interconnected. Each person has come to Earth to help another on their life journey.

With my business, Agape: the Best Love Coaching, I as a Life Coach help communities and the world by empowering women of all ages by supporting their goals to love and honor themselves authentically.

When we learn to love and show up for ourselves, instead of reaching out into the world to be the source, we are Empowered. Identity and purpose are unlocked. Healing is released. Possibilities are endless.

When we know and are sure about what makes us unique and we walk authentically in our purpose, we can show up as our best selves and continue the cycle of helping the people around us reach their full potential.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Agape: the Best Love Coaching is uniquely set apart from the rest because I had to GROW through this. I had to walk a journey filled with abuse, toxicity, and anger, just so that the women I served wouldn’t have to or could learn how to come away from those situations healed. I am most proud of the woman that I’ve become in order to birth out this Coaching practice. I am excited about each client that I am blessed to work with and empower in the areas of self-love and self-worth.

Getting to this place in business was not easy in the least! I was at a low point in my life. I had been released from a toxic relationship, due to my own unhealed state, and had just birthed my first child. I was at the complete end of myself and needed change like never before. I was tired of the failed relationships and the heartbreak. I was tired of beating on myself and tearing myself down. I had decided to see a therapist and a life coach; Ms. Marcia Blane of Peculiar 1 Counseling, and Ms. Robyn Robbins of Robyn Robbins Enterprise.

I had to put in the work. Together, these ladies helped me to heal from past traumas and hurts and clear the way for me to begin discovering who I really was, not who I thought I was based on my experiences. I would not have discovered my purpose in Coaching and healing without their help.

The most important lesson I’ve learned along the way and want the world to know is that the love you are seeking from partners, family members, friends, etc., is truly found within you first. When you learn how to love you from the inside, you never come up short or disappointed.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are actually two EXTRAORDINARY women, God placed in my life that helped me become the woman I am today.

My Master Life Coach and Mentor, Robyn Robbins of Robyn Robbins Enterprises and my therapist, Marcia Blane at Peculiar One Therapy.

These women simultaneously poured into me in their own unique ways on my journey of healing and becoming a Life Coach. I would like to dedicate my shoutout to them both.
