I think the answer more aligns with how to know when to adapt. I’m never going to be the type of person who just throws her hands up when the going gets tough. The only reason to ‘give up’ on a plan in my eyes is if it no longer aligns with what I want for myself and my business. And in that case, it becomes more a matter of adapting to changing circumstances and/or new emerging evidence that we didn’t have when we started a plan. But in terms of ‘giving up’ simply because things get tough – that’s not an option. A business coach once told me “you can do hard things” and that continues to stick with me today. Read more>>
