Researching. The best lesson is one I learned as a child & still keep learning, as I grow & transforming. Growing up, I didn’t see artists that looked or sounded like me, so I began to dig in the crates & allow music to take on a journey of self-discovery. I found Aretha Franklin. Marvin Gaye. Big Mama Thorton. Stevie Wonder. Pearl Bailey. James Brown. Betty Davis. Sly & The Family Stone. Bessie Smith. Donny Hathaway. Big Maybelle. Ray Charles. Ma. Rainey. Koko Taylor. And the list goes on. To this day, I am still learning, researching & it always reminds me that I have so much more to learn. Read more>>

We chose to run our business very differently than many in our field. We have a fabulous team of professionals and everyone in the practice is a key element of our success. We believe everyone plays an important role and we listen to their concerns and questions, we are receptive to their ideas. We have created an environment where every team member knows their contributions are important. We believe in them, they can see the passion that drives us, and they know that together we are helping patients become healthier and live more fulfilling lives. The single most important decision I’ve made so far, was to work at one of the most popular waxing salons in my city. While working there, I gained the experience that I would not have been able to receive as quickly on my own.
I learned how to engage with customers, upsell services, recommend products that would useful to certain clients and their unique situations, most importantly I learned how to deal with clients that weren’t so amicable.
I’m especially grateful for the experience because it enabled me to grasp a plethora of techniques which is an extreme boost in my confidence whenever it comes to providing wonderful service for my clientele. Read more>>

While I work and operate under Sudden Change Sports & Entertainment, a sole proprietorship that I own and operate solo, I think the most important decision I made was to NOT cut other people out of the journey. I lean on mentors, others in the business, and trusted friends to help me grow in this industry. I wouldn’t be where I am today without these people, and know my best decision by far was to ask for and accept help. Read more>>
