We had the good fortune of connecting with Zayne Spirit and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zayne, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?

I have always been intuitive, creative and tapped into the understanding that my purpose is bigger than just myself or working for others. In 2016, I was told that I would never live a normal life after experiencing a car accident; and this woke me up to the truth of healing, spirituality and understanding my own personal power. I spent the next year healing my body, meditating, working with herbs and learning more about my intuition that had been ignored due to fear and forgotten ancestral traditions.

This led me to offer readings, energy based products and sharing my journey which birthed Soul Drive Global in 2017. The real evolution took place when I tapped into my mediumship abilities, met my ancestors, and received the vision to create oils, powders, tools, etc infused with three of my benevolent ancestors’ energy. This is what created The Ancestor Collections within our product line. This also expands the magic and medicine into our channeled sound healings, workshops, and of course, sessions with clients.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

The central focus of my work is to be a channel for Spirit to work through, which is not something anyone else can copy. We are all unique in our purpose; and It’s about being authentic to your spirit. I utilize my abilities as an alchemist to transmute energy into something that uplifts and benefits our collective. By sharing spirit-led messages and living in my truth, I know that it inspires others to get curious about breaking out of the limiting beliefs created by this system. It also inspires others to create their own reality from the power within.

We are constantly programmed to be something that we inherently are not, and being tapped into ourselves will always bring us as a whole, back to the truth. This ultimately fuels my passion as a teacher and as someone sharing sacred space with others to grow and heal. When Soul Drive Global was created, I knew that being a catalyst for a deeper relationship with self and Spirit would be about sharing the magic and medicine meant to heal our collective.

It doesn’t really seem like it sometimes; but in hindsight, I can see where I have been preparing for this my entire life. From forgetting my indigenous roots, downplaying my keen spiritual abilities, coming to a dead end in the business prior to Soul Drive, and learning to heal my body, mind and spirit in the face of a society that deems it “impossible” — this entire human experience has been really divine. Crazy and chaotic at first, but divine nonetheless. It was never easy, I just became kinder to myself with practice.

I opened up in 2016 to my claircognizance (clear knowing) which eventually unraveled the other clair senses as things progressed. I didn’t know how to control my abilities when I started using them again after almost 15 years of suppressing them. It felt like I was waking up for the first time in my life to the truth of this world. It was overwhelming to feel, know and see things that others could not, but even more so when I started experiencing our transitioned loved ones. I realized how much suffering was still lingering on those that had passed and I knew It was for me to help not only them but the people grieving them as well.

Spirit then led me into my medical mediumship, aiding me in seeing what is going on with the body and the root of where that illness comes from energetically. I have developed my own method of energy healing called Ancestral Energy Healing, which involves removing illness through ancient, ancestral techniques channeled through me. We have successfully removed Herpes 1 + 2, bipolar, rebuilt discs in the spine, improved eyesight, and more with this technique in my clients. The challenge that often comes with this work is remembering that I am equipped for this. Imposter syndrome is something that has been prevalent for me, especially since I was disconnected and unconscious of who I truly was for so long. I maintain a journal regularly which has helped me in remembering that what I have experienced is very real and valid. Meditation and affirmations are also a continuous routine for me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A few places have been “home” to me, Atlanta being one, but I’m certainly the friend that knows the best nature spots instead of the hustle and bustle. We would enjoy the botanical gardens and hike Stone mountain. Since my alkaline plant based cooking is always sought after by my friends, I would be creating exquisite homemade meals majority of the week and otherwise hitting up some plant based spots like Herban Fix and Sevananda. I would cultivate a loving space to meditate, enjoy yoga, let the inner child play, and explore.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people in this community who have inspired me, many who have been supporting Soul Drive Global since the beginning, so I absolutely must thank them. I have also sharpened my techniques by studying under my Reiki Master, Cat Evans from Healing Panther as well as the mentor who guided me further into my mediumship work, Medium Satin Mapp. I am constantly inspired and there would be no end to naming them but i’m absolutely in gratitude for everyone who uplifts me and our movement.
