Hi Q The Question, what role has risk played in your life or career?
You have to take risk. It’s simple, as they say no risk, no reward. It was time where I lost thousands of dollars investing in artist but I’ve learned a lot from it. One thing about me, I’m not afraid to roll the dice. The role risk taking played was the wins and losses, but overall I’ve gained knowledge and experience.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Q The Question is the CEO of SKE Records. One of the hardest working CEO’s in the entertainment business. We are making a lot of progress through the ups and downs. My grind is relentless and the long nights, was all worth it in the end. Jada Ali, Shawn Archer have a nice following right now and we shaking shit up in 2022. It was not easy but I Iove the music business and was destined for this.
I had artist I invested in, in the past and it didnt work out. I just had to take the loss, suck it up and keep moving. You can’t cry over spilled milk, but now my time is my time and I’m here to stay. SKE Records will have platinum plaques in 2022. You can count on that!!!!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well if you come to Philly we def gonna get a cheesesteak at Max’s or Delassandros, they are the best in the city. Love Park does not hurt along with a visit to City Hall and to go see the Liberty Bell. The club scene in Philly is burnt out compared to other cities but trust me well make the best of it. Plus well go visit some of my favorite Dominican Spots.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I like to def give a shout out to numerous authors that I love reading. Ray Dalio, Mark Cuban, Thomas Sowell, Heather Mac Donald, Wilfred Reilly, Tariq Nasheed. Deepah Chopra. While they all have different views, they make good points on the things they speak on.
