We had the good fortune of connecting with Warn Wilson Jr. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Warn, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
A great book that I attribute some of my success to is the ’10x Rule’ by Grant Cardone. In this book, Grant Cardone teaches great strategies for goal setting, execution, and maintaining momentum. He teaches that basically to achieve your goals you must exert 10x as much effort as you think it will take to ensure progress. And he explains how this philosophy will allow you to continue to excel and not fixate only on easily obtainable goals but instead toward ones that seem almost unreachable. Constantly demanding this level of effort from yourself will push you to levels you never imagined because you will begin to think and operate as the world’s top performers. This book forced me to tap into a new level of work ethic that I didn’t even know I had. It literally gave me the blueprint for executing goals faster and with less worry about failure. I now pursue everything on my to-do list with the same level high level of effort. And I always remember that I will only get back what I put in.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, vondu, LLC, began with electronics such as chargers, power banks, trackers, and other convenience based devices. I strive to provide the public with devices that will continually assist them in every day life. This was a dream come true to me, being that I have always wanted to create my own tech company. But now as time has progressed, I continue to learn more about how I can provide help to others through not only devices but through service as well.

Moving forward, vondu will also provide solution services that will help other entrepreneurs and small businesses such as business prospecting help, mobile app development, product sourcing, product development, book publishing help, logo design and much more. I believe that I would being the public and my fan-base a disservice by only providing tangible items. I want to help others make it to their next level and accomplish their goals as well.

Emerging into the space of providing solutions will help the brand to expand as well as provide work or employment for others. I can’t wait to build a work culture that allows others to grow and shine their light.

Along with devices, vondu has has released two mobile apps, ‘Na Bruh’ and the ‘Warn Wilson’ app. The Warn Wilson app provides user with STEM related resources and updates of upcoming book/product releases. The Na Bruh app is a trivia game app for any party or family gathering. It consists of 12 categories and over 5,000 fun questions!

We currently have other apps in production that will release this September. Those apps are Crypto Square, Duffle, and the Brown Money game app. Crypto Square provides the latest updates and prices changes in the cryptocurrency world. The Duffle app will allow you to book and receive the best prices for hotels, flights, cars, and more! And the Brown Money app will be a video game that will reinforce all of the lessons that I teach in my book Brown Money. The sequel ‘Brown Money 2’ will be released along with the Brown Money app so stay tuned!

I plan for vondu to become a source of learning, solutions, help, and of course fun. Join me along the way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is any easy one. I would definitely recommend any visitors go to Top Golf. Not only is it a fun golfing experience but they have some great food there as well. I love their impossible burgers and mozzarella sticks lol. Now I’ll have to a trip back even sooner since I’m thinking about it again.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes I have to give credit to my fiance, Alesia, who has been a great help and support to me throughout this journey. She is right there with through every book, speech, or product. She helps to keep me grounded and reminds me to come up for air when I am deep into a project or solving a problem. She is my escape from the technical world that my life has become so centered around and constantly reminds me to have fun doing the non-engineering activities as well. She is the greatest.
