B | Creative Director, Graphic & Web Designer

I use to be such a workaholic. I mean from sun up to sun down, all I knew was design, design, design. I would literally hold my urine (sorry if TMI) until I perfect something I’m designing, because I’m such a perfectionist. I wouldn’t eat all day, nothing, until what Im working on was perfect in my eyes. Read more>>

My perspective on work-life balance has evolved over time. As a mompreneur, finding a healthy balance between work and personal life has become paramount. It’s not about striving for perfect equilibrium every day, but rather about establishing a rhythm that works for me and my family. Read more>>

Hankunyu wei | Contemporary Artist and Jewelry Designer

When I first entered the field of art, I had many expectations and plans on how to separate my work and personal life. I always believed that work and life should be kept separate, giving my full dedication to work and enjoying life separately. So I do cherish my days off! Read more>>

Ashley Ball | Personal Stylist & Creative Director

I am a very busy woman I would say , so balance is a must . Not only am I a personal stylist & creative director I’m also a licensed health insurance agent. I literally work three jobs at once . I can sell an insurance plan , run my styling instagram page and put together an entire look for a client all at the same time but as soon as I get off I’m in Mommie mode. It only becomes a problem for me when trying to balance work & being a mom and I’m pretty sure a lot of mompreneurs go through that , I make sure I cut out as much time possible for my son. Overtime because it’s so repetitive now, I have found that balance in my life. Read more>>

Jordan Nelson | Master’s Level Therapist

Balance is an absolute must! I remember being in my early 20’s and focused on being successful in what I thought would be my long-term career. I found myself working 60+ hour days and somehow not getting all the tasks on my list complete. There were times when I felt like I would check off a task just for it to be replaced with something new.  Read more>>
