What’s the right balance between work and non-work time? The traditional 9-5 has slowly disappeared with the emails and zoom and texting going far beyond traditional business hours. We asked members of our community to share with us how they think about work-life balance.

I was saying my work life balance has definitely grown and improved overtime. I believe it took me a minute to really become organize a note exactly what was needed to move for creating the perfect balance that works for me. Within my every day life I go to working a full time job, running different businesses, and also developing my passion in art and modeling. Life is about finding balance. Time is more valuable then money. There is nothing like a peace of mind. At the end of the day, what are you working for? One just has to prioritize. I myself don’t believe that you can achieve work life balance. I do believe that an approach of finding harmony could bring more simplicity than trying to create a balance. It just isn’t possible to devote equal amounts of time and effort into each category of what our lives require simultaneously. Harmony however functions differently.
