I am TRULY INSPIRED by seeing women in business WIN and be successful. Winning and success looks very different for every individual, however I love being able to witness those moments,. As a leader and mentor in the industry of network marketing and real estate, I can see when the light bulb goes off in some and they begin to move differently. That shift is usually their mindset and believing in themselves. Some women are naturally driven and know exactly what they want and go after it with determination, faith and hard work.
