The values and principles that matter

We’ve always believed that forming a strategy is impossible until you’re clear on what your values and principles are. Without values and principles to guide you, making decisions can seem impossibly difficult. Given how important setting values and principles is to decision making we asked folks we admire to tell us about the values or principles that matter most to them.
Balance. It’s not my natural mode and that is why it’s so important. I have to work on it, and when I do that makes all the difference. I have a tendency to lean in, wayyyyy in. I’m very work-driven and can go too far trying to prove myself. Over the last few years, I’ve learned my true value. It’s not in being the best or working the hardest. My value comes from just being a good person everyday, getting out of bed and making an effort. I have to balance out my work-drive with play and fun and, most importantly for me, peace. Read more>>

Evolve or Revolve is a huge core principle for me. Everyday, I strive to grow more , to learn more, to make changes regardless of how big or small.
