I am inspired by the odds of life. The odds of life for me means defining how I view my failures, setbacks and shortcomings. I’ve always been someone who has been very ambitious and motivated about my journey and speaking first hand my journey has been a lot of LOSS but I have always given myself grace, time and compassion because it is not easy to always persevere after life has beaten you down, once is okay you feel “oh, I can do this”, I can recover heal and move forward, but when you continue to experience loss, heartache and grief you eventually feel you have to settle and expect a life in return of those experiences. There are many things in life, and more specifically, in my business that inspire me. Let’s start with the biggest inspiration of all – my faith. I feel inspiration from the creator Himself, and that keeps me going. I feel inspired by my clients, what they love, where they met, their family. I feel inspired by other designers, I feel inspired by beauty and luxury, and all of the bougie things that make my soul happy. Most of all, I am inspired by love. Love is beautiful. Love is needed. With all the sufferings we experience in life, to create a day inspired by and full of love, is a truly special gift. Read more>>

I grew up struggling with low self-esteem problems really bad. I didn’t think I was pretty, or my body appearance wasn’t good enough compared to other young girls when I was growing up. My younger self inspired me in so many ways when I think about it. If I knew then what I know now, I would have told myself it is okay not to look like everyone. We are all different for a reason and I am beautiful inside and outside. I would like to tell all ladies regardless of age and race that you are good enough. You are different and made to stand out from everyone else. Don’t let society determine how you suppose to look on the outside. Love yourself and everything about you. Read more>>
