At an early age, my Dad taught me the value of starting the day early to accomplish your goals. As a kid, I did not want to embrace this on a Saturday morning, but now I truly appreciate having this value permanently instilled in me. Some habits that helped me succeed is honestly replacing social media with things I need to get done or to better myself in my career. This help me kick start my fitness journey and have the love to work out. For example I’d be scrolling on social media for hours and won’t even realize it until I seen how much time went by.
