Our mission is to: Empower women and men to leave abusive relationships, prevent destructive behaviors amongst our youth, and to strengthen and preserve lives, families and communities nationwide through education, training, advocacy and the Word of God. We offer domestic violence classes to women, men and youth, with specialized classes for business professionals and clergy. Perfect Love, Inc also founded “Conversations on Domestic Violence In The Faith Community’ an event that is designed to bridge the gap between the faith community and victim service providers that offer assistance to victims of domestic violence. This event is free to the community and consists of a panel of experts on the topic of domestic violence who are there to answer questions and provide information on the services their organizations offer to victims. When I entered high school two years ago, I started to explore my interests in finance and economics. Through a school club, I held workshops at my local middle school, teaching students about entrepreneurship, economics, and finance. More than halfway through the year, I decided to hold a “Stock Market Challenge”, where students would be able to invest through an online simulation of the market. The students did great, with the winning group making great returns on their investments. However, the following week when I asked them the importance of investing in personal finance, none of them were able to connect the simulation they excelled at to real-life financial decision-making.
