We had the good fortune of connecting with Zebo G and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zebo G, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
Good question. I was taught to never give up on something you truly want. I want to be able to live the lifestyle that i’ve always dreamed of and being able to take care of my family and I. This business gets hard. You can get uninspired, discouraged, and sometimes just want to hang it up for good, but I’ve worked way too hard to get where I am. I get told by peers and my supporters that I inspire them in different ways and just that alone inspires me to keep going and doing what I do. My dad would tell me as a kid “you’re closer than you were yesterday” and it always stuck to me for some reason. Turns out to be true.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I look at my art as one of my babies. Every video that I produce, every show that I throw, every picture I take is a baby of mine. Getting to where I am today wasn’t exactly easy, but I definitely found a lane and stuck to it. I have got the chance to shoot music videos, commercials, promo videos, weddings for over a thousand people and I hope to get thousands and thousands more. I love making content and sharing my content with the world and it seems like the world loves to see it as well. I want the world to know that everything is organic and is being done the right way. No cheating, no cutting corners, none of that lame sh*t. When I get to the mark I am trying to reach, I want to say that I did everything the way I wanted to and didn’t cut corners. I had fun with this, I did it with a purpose! I don’t know, I just want everything to be authentic. man. Say true to yourself. DON’T FOLD.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Ahhhhhhhh favorite spots in the A.. okay! Little Five Points is definitely dope! Good Times ATL is a fire spot to go too and there’s a lot of restaurants that has good food. Fourth Ward park is a cool place to be at too. That’s just my atmosphere. Atlanta is lit!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First off, I want to give a huge shout out to God for allowing me to be in the position I am and for looking over me. I have to thank my family, my close friends, my clients, and every single one of my supporters. Truly would not be where I am today without any of you. Thank you for being by my side and rooting for me. I want to give a shout out to my dad for fully supporting my career and always being mad supportive. I’m extremely blessed to have him in my life and I hope to touch the community how has has touched the community after all of these years. Shout out to my old Film Studies teacher Rodney Stringfellow for pushing me to take videography serious and helping me through out my career. I also want to give a specific shout out to my video assistant, Martina for helping me from the very start and never switched up on the boy. My partner and graphic designer, Johnny Singels kept it real from day 1 and is on track to being one of the best graphic designers in the world, believe that. My good friend, James Gregory makes sure I stay focused at all times which I appreciate a lot. I could go on and on.. but to put it in simple words, if you want to see my win, thank you.
