Meet Zaynah Miller | Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zaynah Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zaynah, why did you pursue a creative career?
I choose this career path because I really enjoy making all types of content for people. Weither it’s just TikToks to Youtube videos or simply taking pictures to post on Instagram I enjoy it all . When I was little I always loved being on camera and making fake haul videos for YouTube . So now that I’m older I decided to put my whole mind to it and fully take it on . It all just aligns and fits me well to do content creation.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Content Creating has gotten me very far for when I started including me working and collaborating with brands and people I thought I wouldn’t ever be able too. Professionally what helped me was my consistency, it really helped show the growth I made on my platforms with in a short time period . Constantly staying active and interacting with my audience, makes them want to see more of you and see you continue. Although it sounds easy , it’s not because at the end of the day I’m still human. I have my rough days and moods where I’m not feeling my best and don’t wanna make content. However , I’ve learned that with being a content creator it is your job to stay consistent or else you will start to feel stuck with your platform not growing or having any activity to it. Many people think content creating is easy but it’s not it takes a-lot of time and can be challenging when balancing your life out but still making videos and more for people to watch . I’ve also learned that everything isn’t sweet , especially with social media. There are really mean people behind these screens and on these sites who don’t want to see you succeed so they try to bring lots of negative energy onto you. But I like to look at the bright side of things and stay focused on me and not someone who I don’t even know what their face looks like . With my brand I want the world to know that I’m here or for the future to know I was here. I like to make my YouTube videos as like time capsules catching memories and moments I’ve experienced for people to look back on and enjoy watching. Who knows how many people will see it one day. Then I want people to know that I’m very versatile talented and can do many different things. Including dancing which I’ve always been doing since I was young and I find joy when dancing with people weither it’s in person or online. It’s a form of art that can connect you with many just by a single dance move, it’s crazy. Even with my dancing content , it really pushed my audience to engage with me more and I love it . At the end of the day it’s a win & win for me .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my friend was in town , I would definitely take her to my favorite spot called “neighborhood favorites “ the spot has a variety of choices and the food is all so mouth watering and fulfilling. Anytime I eat there it’s never a disappointment and the vibes when eating inside it’s like a hangout lounge as well .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to my aunt Terez who’s in Maryland. Before even taking TikTok and Youtube fully on , she told me to stop procrastinating and to just go for it. She also is the one who gifted me my first camera as a type of investment into me. Without her I wouldn’t be doing what I do right now , I really appreciate it all and more so she definitely deserves a shoutout. My next shoutout is my mom , who has faith in me no matter what I do since day 1. She knows I’ll be the best in whatever I put my mind into and she is my biggest fan. I love and appreciate her so much .
