We had the good fortune of connecting with Yolanda Carrasquillo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yolanda, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
I believe my pivotal point, was when I began working along side high end professionals at a residence property. I saw all this success in one environment and just thought how can I gain assess to them to learn and build my brand. At the time It was about finding the right clients. I had to step outside of the box, take the risk and approach the conversation with confidence. So I began marking myself while I worked my full time job. I already had the trust of the residents because they knew me, so it made it easier to talk about my services. From there I quickly gain consistent clientele.
What should our readers know about your business?
The CBC loves to make the impossible possible, delivering therapeutic services In ATL, PA, NJ, NY, LAX.
What I want everyone to know is how dedicated I am in teaching my clients on living a healthier lifestyle. I take the time to learn my clients, and build relationships that allow me to do further research for successful treatments. I also have an amazing team that specializes in a various alternative self care treatments, if my clients are in need of more support. My clients are just as amazing, they’ve truly trusted me and have had much success in treatments I’ve done or recommended. This opportunity allowed me to blossom and network my ideas and skills to people from all over. The CBC brand isn’t just massage session, the brand promotes healthier sustainable lifestyle and is working on bridging the gap between wellness/self care and luxury.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would my day start off first with some yoga. I love visiting Trap Yoga! It’s not your typical yoga class, but you get so much from this class! Good music to get you going in the morning, an amazing instructor, with lots of friendly people that just make you feel welcome. Now that we are stretched and worked up an appetite I would head over to Juicehead ATL. I’m vegan and so are most of my friends and I just love their smoothies and Acai Bowls. I’m a kid at heart so next I would have to go to Main Event ATL. I love to bowl even though I’m not that great at it lol. Now time for some real food! I would stop off at Slutty vegan and get a Chik’n Head with one of their mixed drinks. Now that we are feeling good from the food and vibes at Slutty vegan, off I would go to Midtown Beach club. I love being in water and their music and drinks make it that much better! Once’s we’ve changed and are ready for the night, first stop is dinner! I lovvve Life Bistro! Everything I’ve tried is amazing that I can’t choose a favorite dish, I also love that they have live music. Last stop for the night would be Traffik Kitchen and cocktails I love the energy of this place. During the week I take them to to do some sight seeing like the Aquarium and Museums.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would to shoutout some of my clients that have encouraged me throughout the years! Dr,Shay, DR.Clark, Dr. Bentsibarnes, my trainer/client Jay
